Refunds for Non-Activated Data Plans
If you’ve purchased an eSIM but have not installed it or activated the Data Plan, you may request a full refund within 5 days of purchase.
Refunds for Minimally Used or Activated Data Plans
Once the eSIM is installed and the Data Plan activated, it is considered used, and a full refund may not be guaranteed. However, VAMO may offer a partial or full refund under the following circumstances:
- You were unable to use most of the data due to quality issues directly related to VAMO.
- The Data Plan has been activated, but the majority of the data remains unused (over 99% of the Data Plan).
