Installing your VAMO eSIM on an iOS device is simple! Please note that the installation experience may vary depending on your iOS version and device model.
If you encounter any issues during installation, reach out to our Customer Support through the Help Center and provide screenshots of your settings.
1. Install via QR Code
Use your device’s camera to scan the QR code provided in your installation email or follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
- Select Scan QR Code.
1b. Install via Manual Input
If you prefer to enter the details manually:
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
- Tap Enter Details Manually and input the following:
- SM-DP+ Address: (provided in your email)
- Activation Code: (provided in your email)
- Confirmation Code: Not required
2. If You Have Trouble Getting Connected
- It may take 10–15 minutes to connect for the first time.
- If it takes longer, visit the eSIM Troubleshooting section before contacting customer support.
You can also find the installation instructions in the My eSIM section of the VAMO app or website for additional guidance.
3. Ready to Use Data?
- Go to Settings > Cellular and toggle Turn This Line On.
- To keep things organized, consider renaming your eSIM.
- Ensure Data Roaming is turned on and that the VAMO eSIM is selected for Cellular Data.
